Hygiene in the kitchen The kitchen must be one of the cleanest and arranged areas at home, since there we manipulate the food which is consumed by all the members of the family. The conference will expose the guidelines for the correct habits of hygiene, as synonymous of cleanliness and order. Also, the concepts of design and disposition of space will be discussed along with the location and utilization of domestic appliances.
