Chocolate Tasting workshop![]() During a long time consumers have not had a lot of information about composition and origin of chocolate, but, in the last years, nevertheless, have appeared tablets on the market with clear indication of their origins, varieties of cocoa and percentages. We will verify the influence of these parameters in the sensory characteristics of several chocolates from prestigious brands. We will make three tastings: 1.A selection of origins 2.A selection changing the percentages of cocoa 3.A selection of brands ¡12 different chocolates!
