Great Spanish wines guided tasting Special tasting session full of aromas with some of the best and more prestigious Spanish wines, so excepcionally improved during the last years. We will discover their specific characteristics (land, climate, autochthonous varieties of grape, recovered and foreign ones, tradition, fermentations and wood, cellars, experience, D.O. …) and we will focus especially on the sensory part of each one, to estimate their peculiarities possible food pairings. Guided tasting of five top quality Spanish wines like Venta d'aubert, V3 viñas viejas, Nora da Neve, Avanthia godello, Placet Valtomelloso, Enate Uno Chardonnay, Ossian, Belondrade y Lurton, Milmanda, As Sortes, Naiades… Classic wines and different wines, wines full of minerality, fruits and freshness, elegant wines in mouth, also wines which can be aged perfectly...
