An extraordinary tasting session of some of the best and more prestigious Spanish red wines that stand out for their quality, and are being best punctuated and best classified by the big national and international experts of the wine.

We will discover their specific characteristics (land, climate, autochthonous varieties of grape, recovered and foreign, tradition, wood, cellars, experience, D.O. …) and we will focus especially on the sensory part of each one, to estimate their peculiarities and possible food pairing.
