Asian cooking




Varied, aromatic, fresh and full of colours, that's Asian Cooking.
 
Among the amazing diversity of the different regions of the Asian continent, there are some common elements of identity, as the use of many spices that allow to highlight the flavours.
China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Malaysia … different cuisines and culinary traditions.
This course ofers an opportunity to know, taste and share them.

We will learn which are the most habitual ingredients: vegetables (soybean), rice, pasta, not much meat and sweets and many vegetables ... and the different cooking techniques: the use of the wok, the tepanyaki, the steam cooking, the preparation of soups …
Our expert chef will prepare different Asian very healthy recipes, that in addition, will delight our European palates.

Practical show cooking, degustation and all the succulent recipes.
