GASTRONOMÍA ACTIVA IN BARCELONA DEGUSTA 2009

Gastronomía activa will participate in the Salón Barcelona Degusta 2009, which is going to take place from March 6-9, in Montjuic Fair, Fira de Barcelona.

Barcelona Degusta, the Consumer Food Show, is the first food and beverage exhibition in Spain created for the end consumer. The show offers all audiences a one-of-a-kind opportunity to sample, purchase and learn all about food, cooking and gastronomy. Original launches, traditional cuisine, sensory tasting workshops and fun culinary shows are all part of this great culinary festival.
Barcelona Degusta 2009 presents an extensive selection of activities to delight the show’s visitors. A lengthy programme of talks, master classes, forums, debates and culinary shows from top professionals and today’s cooking stars.

The Flavour Agoras, Flavour Classes and Ambigus will be the main focal points for all the activities held as part of Barcelona Degusta.


We will be present there as exhibitors to show you and launch our gastronomic activities program, and in addition, Gastronomía activa is going to organize several activities for the Flavour Âgoras and Flavour Classes:

- Aguas de los 5 continentes, with WAWALI
- Vinos modernos versus Vinos clásicos, with the Enologist sommelier Lluís Manel Barba
- Taller de coctelería with the barman Luca Izzo
- Foie-Gras with the chef André Bonnaure
