Our expert will explain you the hydrological cycle and t its repercussion in the flavour of the water and then we will learn to read the labels on the bottles, where we find the chemical analysis and composition, to know digestive and organoleptic qualities.

 After, during the guided tasting, we will learn to distinguish and to estimate them: every water has its own personality and healthy benefits: spring waters, mineral waters and drinkable prepared waters.
