Cookbook author and food expert with more than 25 years of experience, she has conducted olive oil tastings in different countries to educate food professionals and consumers.
Founder, owner and general manager of Gastronomía activa, the culinary school and food consulting services center in Barcelona.
Awarded twice as Best in the world (2005, 2014) and also Best of the Best 20 years (2015) by Gourmand International Cookbook Awards. Silver medal by the German Academy of Gastronomy (2007).
