Wine tasting: the new Rioja La Rioja obtained in 1925 the first denomination of origin granted in Spain and in 1991 the attribute of Denomination of Origin "Qualified", being, still in 2009, the only one of this type in Spain. La Rioja today attracts new consumers thanks to the new modern wines that are being elaborated, in its way to adaptation to the new trends, but without losing its identity. In this session we will discover different representative wines of this new trend and a more classic wine and our expert will give us the keys to reveal the differences and the influence of the work atf the vineyard, the vintage, the vinificación, upbringing in casks … in their colour, structure, acidity, freshness and gustatory intensity.
