Beer tasting

Gastronomía activa will impart a course about beer, tasting included, at Centre Cívic La Fàbrica, June 4-5 at 20:00.

Everyone will be able to learn more about ingredients (malt, lupulus, yeast...) , nutritional subjects, production, varieties... and a lot of curious tips.

During the second class, we will go into a guided tasting of different lager, ales and specials, national and imported ones. We will learn how to distinguish them, how we can appreciate their specific gustatory qualities and how to serve them properly.
