Gastronomía activa live on Las tardes de Pedro Riba

Las tardes de Pedro Riba is a late afternoon magazine (Monday to Friday18:30 to 20:00)  directed and hosted by Pedro Riba  with a colloquial and participative style, and live broadcasted on C25TV.

Gastronomía activa was invited to participate in the program of January 13. Laura Gosalbo and the chef Adrian Chapinal, trained at the japanese school in Buenos Aires, displayed together a sushi session.
Chef Adrian prepared an uramaki with advocat, salmon and mango and explained the peculiarities of this Asian delicacy and the basic techniques needed to prepared it at home.
