Gastronomía activa at Barcelona Libraires

November 13th, Dra. Laura Gosalbo gave a conference at Sofía Barat Libraire,. The event belongs to the activities cicle organized by Barcelona Libraires.

Dra. Gosalbo made an audiovisual presentation under the title " Tardor, temps de bolets" (Autum, mushrooms season) which was very useful in order to better understand the fascinating world of Fungi, curiosities, cooking and nutritional properties.
